- 3-5 years of experience in kitchen design
- Familiarity with 2020 design software
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Organizational skills to competently manage multiple projects at a time from beginning to end
We provide the necessary software, showroom selections, and support staff to sustain your success and consider a work-at-home arrangement. We offer an aggressive commission schedule in the form of a draw and a bonus program commensurate with experience and a proven record of sales success.
