RICK MEYER, OWNER
Rick Meyer is the co-owner and founder of Perspective Cabinetry & Design, a family-owned business built on three generations of design expertise and craftsmanship. Working alongside his mother and other family members, Rick is passionate about carrying forward a legacy of exceptional design, quality, and customer service while helping shape the company’s future.
Rick earned his degree in International Business from Saint Louis University and is also the owner of Aquila Renovations, a residential remodeling and contracting company serving the St. Louis area. His background in construction, remodeling, and project management gives clients a unique advantage, allowing him to bridge the gap between design and execution while ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
Before co-founding Perspective Cabinetry & Design, Rick helped grow his mother’s business, Patricia Marie Designs, where he developed a deep understanding of the kitchen and bath industry. Today, he combines that experience with his entrepreneurial mindset to lead successful remodeling projects and oversee multiple business ventures. In addition to Perspective and Aquila Renovations, Rick has invested in residential real estate and several locally owned businesses throughout the St. Louis region.
Outside the office, Rick enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and exploring nature with his family. He and his wife, Abby, are the proud parents of two daughters, Sadie and Faye, who keep them busy with sports, school activities, and family adventures. Rick also has a passion for travel, having lived in Costa Rica and Spain, and enjoys experiencing new cultures and destinations whenever he has the
opportunity.
PATTI MARTINEAU, OWNER
Patti’s path to kitchen and bath design wasn’t conventional, but that’s exactly what sets her apart. With a background in both the medical and legal fields, she brings attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving to every project.
She earned her degree in Interior Design from St. Louis Community College, along with a specialized Certificate in Kitchen and Bath Design.
Her career took a new direction when she joined a local kitchen and bath firm while remodeling her own kitchen. Five years later, she launched Patricia Marie Designs, which has since evolved into Perspective Cabinetry & Design.
As a designer, Patti approaches every project with a simple yet powerful commitment: listen carefully, design thoughtfully, and execute thoroughly. She especially enjoys the challenge of space planning and takes great pride in creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
As a business owner, Patti is most proud of the team and family-oriented culture that have become the foundation of Perspective. More than a design firm, Perspective is a family helping other families create spaces where memories are made.
When she’s not at the showroom, you’ll likely find Patti enjoying the sunshine and sugar-white beaches of Destin with her family.

Theresa Manning, Office Manager
I joined Perspective Cabinetry & Design in June 2019, following a 34-year career at AT&T Yellow Pages. In my current role, I support our designers with order processing and manage client deliveries, marketing, and general office operations.
What drew me to Perspective Cabinetry was the opportunity to apply my corporate experience within a family-owned business. I have truly enjoyed working in the kitchen and bath industry and have learned a great deal during my time here. What excites me most about this team is the people; we operate like a family and work together seamlessly to support our customers’ projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our golden retriever, Rocket and going to our house at the Lake of the Ozarks. My hobbies include playing golf, fishing, gardening, and selling items on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
I plan to retire this year and look forward to spending more time with my family and friends, as well as pursuing more hobbies.
